Why we exist.

The problem we saw

Property numbers in Spain rarely tell the whole truth. A listing promises a 6% yield, but that figure ignores the purchase costs, the yearly running costs and the tax you'll pay - and it changes completely depending on who you are and why you're buying. A resident, an EU buyer and a post-Brexit Briton (taxed at 24% on gross, roughly double) get very different numbers on the same flat. And to see any of it, today you juggle a portal, a calculator, a gestor and a spreadsheet. Too many people discover what it really costs - or really earns - after they've already signed.

Why we started

We started because we lived it: someone who wanted to invest here and couldn't find a single honest tool that pulled the numbers together and spoke their language. So we decided to build it, with one simple idea: show the real number, honestly, without pretending to be your adviser. We don't sell yield promises or tax shortcuts; we gather what's already true (official sources, current tax rules and your own figures) and show it plainly, so you decide, better informed.
