These details are published in accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). This Legal Notice governs access to, navigation of and use of the Site.

2. Purpose

The Site presents an informational and educational tool, under development, aimed at people interested in property investment in Spain. It lets you enter details of a property and obtain indicative estimates of its yield and tax treatment. The Site also lets you leave an email address to receive information about the launch.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the Site is free of charge and does not require registration. User status is acquired by mere access and navigation and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

The user undertakes to use the Site diligently and lawfully, refraining from using it for unlawful or harmful purposes, from introducing content that may damage the systems of the Operator or third parties, and from attempting to access restricted areas.

4. Informational nature - no advice

The Site provides estimates and orientation and does not constitute personalised tax, legal, accounting, financial or investment advice of any kind. Results must not be read as a recommendation to act. Before making any decision, the user should verify the information with a qualified professional (for example, their gestor or asesor fiscal - tax adviser). See the Disclaimer.

As the Site is under development, estimates may be incomplete or contain errors to a greater degree than usual.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All elements of the Site - source code, design, navigation structure, texts, graphics, logos, calculation methodology and databases - are owned by the Operator or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without the Operator's express written authorisation is prohibited.

The user may view and make private copies of the content and generated reports for personal use, which does not entail any assignment of intellectual property rights.

6. Third-party marks and content

Third-party names, trademarks and logos that may appear on the Site - including property portals such as Idealista or Fotocasa - belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned for identification or descriptive purposes only and imply no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership with those third parties.

The Site may contain links to third-party pages. The Operator does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, policies or practices of linked sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of its content.

Anyone wishing to link to the Site must refrain from reproducing it in a way that misleads as to its origin or suggests a non-existent relationship with the Operator.
