Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device as you browse. Among other purposes, they enable the site to work, remember your preferences or measure its use. Alongside cookies, this policy covers other similar technologies (for example local storage or pixels) that perform equivalent functions.

2. Our position

The Site is designed to run on as few cookies as possible. At this stage we use no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and for that reason no consent banner is shown. We use only cookies or local storage that are strictly necessary for the Site to work, together with audience-measurement solutions - our own and a third party's - that set no cookies, neither read from nor write to your device, and use no persistent identifiers.

This policy is drawn up in accordance with the LSSI-CE (Article 22.2), the GDPR/LOPDGDD and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) on the use of cookies.

3. Legal basis and consent

Cookies that are technical or strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the user are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE. Any other cookie would require your prior, granular and revocable consent, which we do not currently request because we do not set cookies of that kind.

Counting page views, where the visit came from and the country, in aggregate, so we can tell which content is useful. Sets no cookies and reads nothing from your device. A visit is identified by a value computed (hashed) from a secret, today's date, the IP address and the browser: because the date forms part of that computation, the identifier changes every night and cannot recognise you the next day or on any other site. No full URLs and no IP address are stored.

5. Third-party cookies

No third-party cookies are set at this stage. We use no payment processor, advertising network, social media buttons or embedded content that sets cookies. If payments or other features requiring third-party cookies are enabled in future, a granular consent panel will be implemented and this policy updated beforehand.

When you start a payment, Stripe's secure checkout may set strictly necessary and fraud-prevention cookies on its own domain during the payment process. See Stripe's cookie policy for detail.

6. Managing cookies from your browser

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies and to clear local storage. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works — for example, your language choice may not be remembered. Most browsers let you manage these options from their settings or privacy section.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the technologies used or the applicable rules change, and we will need to do so before introducing any non-essential cookie. The version in force is the one published on the Site.
